These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliasia ("jiliasia," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliasia online gaming platform available at jiliasia.live, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By accessing the jiliasia website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the jiliasia platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of jiliasia regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other device. jiliasia is designed primarily for mobile users in the Philippines, and these Terms are written to reflect the Philippine legal and regulatory context.

Access to jiliasia and participation in any game or promotion is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines, and jiliasia enforces this requirement without exception.
• You are accessing jiliasia from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiliasia, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jiliasia or had your account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jiliasia reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID — at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access jiliasia's games and services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jiliasia. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. jiliasia is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliasia account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiliasia support immediately.

jiliasia reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable Philippine law.

jiliasia supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. jiliasia does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match your registered account name, jiliasia reserves the right to hold or return the funds and request verification.

• GCash & PayMaya: Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal verification: jiliasia may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold.

jiliasia does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jiliasia's control. Always check with your payment provider for their applicable charges.

jiliasia offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, daily login rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to the Philippine gaming calendar — such as PBA season specials, Payday bonuses on the 15th and 30th of each month, and holiday promotions for Christmas, New Year, and Fiesta season.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the jiliasia promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your jiliasia account in Philippine Peso (₱) and are non-transferable.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jiliasia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

All games available on jiliasia — including slots, bingo, fishing games, hi-lo, live dealer tables, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.

jiliasia's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. The house maintains a mathematical edge on all games — this is a standard feature of casino-style gaming and is disclosed to all players.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jiliasia will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jiliasia is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jiliasia and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on jiliasia, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with jiliasia games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the jiliasia platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the jiliasia platform, games, or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliasia staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing jiliasia from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

jiliasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. jiliasia is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud or Terms violations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiliasia customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

All content on the jiliasia platform — including but not limited to the jiliasia brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jiliasia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliasia platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the jiliasia platform or its content.

Any unauthorized use of jiliasia's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on jiliasia infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact jiliasia support with full details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliasia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jiliasia platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond jiliasia's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jiliasia platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.

jiliasia's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

jiliasia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jiliasia, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliasia complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. jiliasia does not sell your personal data to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jiliasia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jiliasia informally by contacting jiliasia customer support. jiliasia will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Most account and payment disputes are resolved within 5–10 business days through the support process.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

jiliasia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliasia will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jiliasia.live/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force. Your continued use of jiliasia after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using jiliasia and may request account closure by contacting customer support before the amendment takes effect.
