This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how jiliasia ("jiliasia," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of players and visitors who access the jiliasia online gaming platform at jiliasia.live ("Platform"). This Policy applies to all users of the Platform regardless of the device or method used to access it — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means.

jiliasia is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. This Policy should be read together with jiliasia's Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform. Defined terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as in the Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated.

jiliasia collects personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We collect data in three main ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Registration data: Full legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and chosen username and password.
• Identity verification documents: Government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or PRC ID — required for age and identity verification.
• Payment information: GCash account number, PayMaya account details, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account details used for deposits and withdrawals. jiliasia does not store full bank account credentials — payment processing is handled by certified payment processors.
• Address information: Residential address in the Philippines, which may be required for certain verification or compliance purposes.
• Support communications: Messages, chat logs, and emails you send to jiliasia customer support.
• Responsible gaming preferences: Deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion requests, and other responsible gaming settings you configure.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and mobile network information.
• Usage data: Pages visited, games played, session duration, click patterns, and navigation paths within the Platform.
• Transaction data: Deposit and withdrawal history, game history, bet amounts, win/loss records, and bonus usage.
• Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies, persistent cookies, and local storage data used to maintain your session and improve Platform performance. See Section 6 for full details.
• Location data: General geographic location derived from your IP address, used to verify that you are accessing the Platform from a permitted jurisdiction.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Payment processors: Transaction confirmation and status data from GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banking partners.
• Identity verification services: Verification results from third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) providers used to confirm your identity and age.
• Fraud prevention services: Risk signals and fraud indicators from third-party security and anti-fraud providers.

jiliasia uses the personal data we collect for the following specific purposes. We do not use your data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed below without first obtaining your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable Philippine law.

jiliasia does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review, except where required by law or where you have given explicit consent.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jiliasia processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: Processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you as a registered player — including account management, game provision, and payment processing.
• Legal obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including anti-money laundering regulations, age verification requirements, and reporting obligations to regulatory authorities.
• Legitimate interest: Processing is necessary for jiliasia's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement — provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: For certain processing activities — such as sending promotional emails or SMS messages — jiliasia relies on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting jiliasia support.

jiliasia does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your personal data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose.

5.1 Service Providers

jiliasia works with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform. These include payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting services, customer support platforms, and analytics providers. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on jiliasia's instructions and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

5.2 Regulatory and Legal Authorities

jiliasia may disclose your personal data to Philippine government agencies, law enforcement authorities, or regulatory bodies where required by law or where jiliasia has a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of jiliasia or its users, or investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of jiliasia's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and the applicable privacy terms before your data is transferred to a new controller.

jiliasia uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Platform is used. This section explains what types of cookies we use and how you can manage them.

jiliasia does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Platform. On mobile browsers commonly used by Filipino players — including Chrome for Android and Safari for iOS — cookie settings can be managed in the browser's privacy or settings menu.

jiliasia retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus 5 years after account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for 5 years after account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the communication.
• Game history and session logs: Retained for 2 years from the date of the session.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus 3 years to demonstrate compliance.

When personal data is no longer required, jiliasia securely deletes or anonymizes it in accordance with industry best practices. Anonymized data — which cannot be used to identify you — may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

jiliasia implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the jiliasia Platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols.
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored on jiliasia's servers is encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms.
• Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to jiliasia staff and service providers who have a legitimate need to access it. All access is logged and audited.
• Password security: Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. jiliasia staff cannot view your password in plain text.
• Fraud monitoring: jiliasia operates continuous monitoring systems to detect and respond to suspicious account activity, unauthorized login attempts, and potential data breaches.
• Regular security assessments: jiliasia conducts periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments of its Platform and infrastructure.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jiliasia. To exercise any of these rights, contact jiliasia's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 13.

jiliasia will respond to all data privacy rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it. jiliasia does not charge a fee for exercising your data privacy rights, except where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

The jiliasia Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine regulations on casino-style online gaming. jiliasia does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

jiliasia uses age verification technology and document checks to enforce the 21+ requirement. We take underage access seriously and continuously improve our verification processes to prevent it.

jiliasia primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and certain technology partners — may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jiliasia ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

These safeguards may include contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, or transfers to countries that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection. jiliasia does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate protections without implementing appropriate contractual or technical safeguards.

jiliasia may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. When material changes are made to this Policy, jiliasia will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available at jiliasia.live/privacy-policy. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the jiliasia Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically — especially before making deposits or sharing additional personal information — to stay informed about how jiliasia handles your data. If you do not agree with any update to this Policy, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
